HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Promotion begins 1/1/2010 and ends 3/5/2010. Simply submit your drawing and fill out your details on a copy of the Official Entry Form, available on the Bravo Art Contest Web Page. Once completed, mail the completed picture to: Bravo Web Art Contest, Alpha-I Marketing, 65 West Red Oak Lane, White Plains, NY 10604, Attn: Art Contest Submission. Limit one picture per person. Be sure to fill out all the details on the Official Entry Form. Entries received after 3/10/2010 will not be accepted. Entries become the property of Alpha-I Marketing and will not be returned. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, postage due incomplete illegible, delayed, or damaged mail. Nor is any responsibility assumed for malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed/garbled data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, theft, failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination of these.
In the event that this promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Alpha-I Marketing reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this promotion and cancel any method of entry.

GENERAL
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned as a result of any causes beyond the reasonable control of Alpha-I Marketing, including, but not limited to, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or fraud, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Alpha-I Marketing reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Caution: any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Alpha-I Marketing reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
