7 pieces of Crispy Wheat
1 teaspoon of olive oil
3 tablespoons of green bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons of onion, chopped
3 tablespoons of pizza sauce
7 slices of pepperoni
1 tablespoons of mozzarella, part skim
1 finely grated saute pepper
1 onion in olive oil
Spread pizza sauce on top of each Crispy Wheat. Divide peppers, onions, and one slice of pepperoni over Crispy Wheats. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Place under broiler 15-20 seconds to melt cheese and serve.
