Ingredients

  • 1 box (about 16 ounces) pound cake mix

  • 3/4 cup V8 Splash® Berry Blend  Juice Drink*

  • 2 eggs

  • V8 Splash®  Easy Glaze

Cooking Instructions

Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

Mix the cake mix, Splash® and eggs according to the package directions, substituting the Splash® for water. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool completely on the wire rack. Drizzle with V8 Splash® Easy Glaze.

V8 Splash® Easy Glaze: Mix 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons V8 Splash® Berry Blend* until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
