Chocolate Frosting:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom and sides of two 9" x 2" deep cake pans.
Mix all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Divide batter evenly between pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate over simmering water, stir until smooth. Let cool to room temperature.
Mix sour cream into melted chocolate with wire whisk. Frost as desired.
