Tex-Mex Burger

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp. Spike's Santa Fe Chunky Chunky Salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, minced
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 4 Seeded Rolls, split
  1. Cooking Instructions
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion, salsa, salt and chili powder.
  3. Shape into 4 patties, each 1-inch thick.
  4. Place burgers on grill, 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
  5. Place rolls, cut side down on grill.
  6. Add cheese for a Tex-Mex cheeseburger
  7. Serve burgers on rolls and enjoy!
