Banana Peanut Butter Breakfast Bites with Honey Bunches of Oats® Cereal

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup Honey Bunches of Oats® Honey Roasted cereal
  • ½ cup semi-sweetened organic oats
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter (we prefer Peter Pan Creamy Honey Roast Peanut Spread)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon natural sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon milk chocolate morsels (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place all ingredients except Chocolate Morsels into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Place mixed ingredients into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. Melt morsels in the microwave for about 15 seconds; mix and drizzle on your breakfast bites when removed from the oven.
  6. Allow to cool and enjoy!
