Mangú Con Los Tres Golpes from Chef Kelvin

Ingredients:

  • 2 Green Plantains 
  • Salt 
  • Water
  • Onions
  • 1 Red Onion Sliced 
  • 1 Ounce Olive oil  
  • 2 Ounces of Vinegar 

Directions:

  1. Peel Plantains, Boil in salted water until tender
  2. Once tender remove plantains from water and mash until smooth with few to no lumps, mix in butter and some left over water from cooking.
  3. Peel and chop onions
  4. In small pan add olive oil
  5. Cook onions until tender low medium heat
  6. Add vinegar, cook until vinegar is absorbed
  7. Fry Salami, Cheese and Egg
