Quaker Oat Flour Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 Tsp. Baking soda
  • 2 C. Quaker Oat Flour
  • 4 Smashed, ripe bananas
  • 1/3 C. Greek yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 1/2 Tbs. Unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbs. White sugar
  • 2 Tbs. Light brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking powder

Instructions:

1. Pre-heatoven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and grease a 9x5" loaf pan

2. Combine oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream together butter and sugar

3. Slowly add egg, then stir in smashed banana and vanilla

4. Slowly add in dry ingredients

5. Pour batter into loaf pan

6. Bake for 40 minutes
