Manhattan Deli Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) gemelli or rotelle pasta
  • 1 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 medium red, orange or yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 pound hard salami, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 Vlasic® Kosher Dill Spears, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Italian or House Italian dressing

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add pasta and toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
