Cheesy Chili Dogs with Borden Cheese

Ingredients:
4 hot dogs
4 buns, toasted if you prefer
1 cup chili
4 slices Borden® Extra Sharp Cheddar Melts or American Melts
Optional toppings: pickled jalapeños finely diced red onion, Borden® Sharp Cheddar Finely Shredded Cheese, corn chips
Directions:
PREHEAT grill to medium heat (375–400°F). See below if using an oven instead.
GRILL hot dogs, turning occasionally, until heated through and lightly charred, about 5–7 minutes.
WARM chili in a small grill or microwave-safe dish until heated through.
PLACE hot dogs in buns on a piece of foil or grill-safe tray.
SPOON chili over each and top with Borden Extra Sharp Cheddar Melts.
CLOSE grill lid and heat 2 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
SERVE warm with any additional toppings -- like pickled jalapeños, finely diced red onion, Borden® Sharp Cheddar Finely Shredded Cheese, corn chips.

Instrucciones:
PRECALIENTA la parrilla a temperatura media (375–400°F / 190–200°C). Mira abajo si vas a usar el horno en lugar de la parrilla.
ASAR los perros calientes, dándoles vuelta ocasionalmente, hasta que estén bien calientes y ligeramente dorados, aproximadamente 5–7 minutos.
CALIENTA el chili en un recipiente pequeño apto para parrilla o microondas hasta que esté caliente.
COLOCA los perros calientes en los panes sobre un pedazo de papel aluminio o bandeja apta para parrilla.
COLOCA el chili sobre cada perro y cubre con Borden Extra Sharp Cheddar Melts.
CIERRA la tapa de la parrilla y calienta 2 minutos, hasta que el queso se derrita y los panes estén ligeramente tostados.
SIRVE caliente con los toppings adicionales que prefieras, como jalapeños encurtidos, cebolla roja finamente picada, Queso Cheddar Sharp Rallado Borden® o totopos de maíz.
